All products displayed are for advertising purposes. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images; however, minor variations in colour or design may occur due to display settings. The smartwatch is a wellness device and not a medical instrument.

4. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. After placing a request via our contact form, a representative will confirm pricing and availability.

5. Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Full payment is required before dispatch unless alternative terms have been agreed.

6. Shipping

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. Shipping times and costs are provided during order confirmation. Taomoyu is not liable for delays caused by customs or courier services.

7. Warranty

The Taomoyu Smartwatch comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

8. Limitation of Liability

Taomoyu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
