Refund Policy

1. Warranty Coverage
Taomoyu provides a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects for the smartwatch. This warranty covers hardware malfunctions that occur under normal use and does not include damage caused by improper handling, accidents, water exposure beyond IP68 rating guidelines, or unauthorized repairs.
2. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely. The total amount is charged at the time of order confirmation. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock unavailability, in which case a full refund will be issued.
3. Return Policy
You may return your Taomoyu smartwatch within 30 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details. We will provide a return authorization and the return shipping address.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your smartwatch arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or offer a full refund, including shipping.
6. Non-returnable Items
Opened or used items cannot be returned unless they are defective. Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting us. After this window, the order may have already been processed and cannot be cancelled.
